At Aura & Arc, each piece of jewellery is either handcrafted or carefully curated to embody timeless artistry and exceptional quality. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and exchanges.


🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the UK and internationally. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at auraandarc@mail.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.


🚚 Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or bespoke pieces: Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


💎 Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent): 2–4 business days – Free on orders over £150.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery / courier): 1–2 business days – £7.95.

International Orders

  • Standard International Tracked: 5–12 business days – £15.

  • Express Courier (DHL / FedEx): 3–7 business days – from £30 (calculated at checkout).

Please note: Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.


🛡️ Packaging & Insurance

  • All jewellery is presented in our signature luxury packaging, suitable for gifting and safe storage.

  • Orders over £200 are shipped with full insurance.


⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we partner with trusted couriers, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, strikes, or seasonal demand. Aura & Arc cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always assist in tracking your parcel.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

✨ Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If your chosen piece is not available, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.


💎 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at auraandarc@mail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Email auraandarc@mail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (including UK returns). Please use a tracked and insured service, as Aura & Arc cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International returns may incur customs duties, taxes, or handling charges, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been safely received and inspected by our team.
